Enquiry privacy

Enquiry details are used to assess your request and respond to it. Please do not submit confidential or highly sensitive information.

When submission succeeds, the details pass through the email delivery service to the contact inbox. The application does not save names, email addresses or enquiry text in a database or use them for marketing.

Form details are processed in memory during sending without being saved in a database. Unsent values remain in the page until it is left or reloaded and are cleared after successful submission. The form uses no tracking cookies or persistent browser storage.

Form protection uses one-hour tokens and server-memory counters keyed by a cryptographic fingerprint of the connection address. Counter windows expire after 15 minutes; entries are removed on the next request or server restart. Counters contain no name, email address or enquiry text.

Resend processes the message content, sender, recipient, reply address, subject, delivery status and timestamps. Its standard email-data retention is 30 days; duplicate-prevention keys are retained for 24 hours.

A copy is stored in the contact mailbox for response and follow-up. No automatic mailbox deletion rule has been configured; the copy remains until deleted. Trash and backup retention depend on the mailbox provider settings.

You can request correction or deletion of your enquiry details through the contact form, subject to any legitimate retention requirement.
